The UNISG Career Fair is one of the key moments of the academic year dedicated to professional orientation, networking, and dialogue between students, alumni, and companies operating across the global food sector. The event offers students and graduates the opportunity to explore career paths, discover different professional roles, and engage directly with professionals working in a wide range of food-related industries.

The 2026 edition (May 14 -15), titled Career Fair – Inside the Industry, highlights the value of the UNISG alumni network. During the event, alumni return to the University to represent the companies and organizations in which they currently work, sharing their professional journeys and reflecting on how they built their careers in the food world. Through a series of roundtable discussions, they offer insights into the challenges and opportunities of the industry, while creating an informal and open space for dialogue with current students. Alongside the main event, the Career Fair Connect initiative takes place throughout the year (here the clanendar). These are seminar-style meetings and employer branding sessions organized with individual companies from the food sector. The aim is to allow students to learn more about specific organizations, their values, business models, and career opportunities, while enabling companies to present themselves directly to the UNISG community.

Together, the Career Fair and Career Fair Connect create an ongoing platform for exchange between the University and the professional world, strengthening connections between students, alumni, and the broader food industry.
