The Alumni of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, more than 2300, are one of the most important assets of the Athenaeum, not only the graduates of Pollenzo and the former campus of Colorno are those who believed more than anyone else in the constancy of our courses, but they managed to integrate themselves in the international gastronomic framework in an increasingly consistent way over time.

The global network established embraces farmers and managers, journalists and buyers, marketing experts and chefs, entrepreneurs and NGO workers, all sharing a unique approach toward the values that gastronomy carries with it, values such as the sustainability, the innovation following on the tradition, and the international orientation.

The Career Center regularly follows its graduates’ careers, being at their disposal whenever one of the Alumni needs advice or support.
